Justin Henry's Wedding

Justin is a family friend from Massachusetts that Jane grew up with. He married a girl from a town only 15 mins from where we live now, and they got married there on Wednesday night. It was so good to see so many friends from college. Justin and his new wife will go on a honeymoon and then he is back to Iraq for another 6 months.

Samson update

Samson is a typical toddler. He is so hyper and crazy most of the day, but at any random moment he will crash and sleep for hours. We are still loving him, and I am thinking he needs a playmate. My brother John's cat is pregnant, so I'm thinking that's a sign...but I think Jason has a different opinion!

Friends

Last night we had dinner with some "long lost friends" from college. All the guys played basketball together and Jason's college roommate is on the right in the above picture. It was a great time getting together with other people that are in the same stage of life. It was fun to talk about how each of the guys have such different careers. A policeman, an engineer and a nurse! They all had good stories to tell.

4th of July Weekend

Over the 4th of July weekend, we went to Columbus to spend some time with Jason's family. Brian was home from Alaska, so the whole family was together. Jane went to the zoo with the girls (where she actually dropped her nice camera and shattered it to pieces, but not before getting a few good pictures). Jason went on an all day fishing trip with the boys and then we all watched the fireworks downtown. It was a wonderful time to get away and relax.
